What is BusyBee Box?
We provide eco-friendly, hobby/craft kits for everyone & anyone seeking entertainment, mental health stimulation, or who simply wants to try out something new while learning how to help contribute to eco-conservation efforts at the same time.
What are the different box options?
Our craft kits will change quarterly, like the seasons, and will vary from gardening, painting, DIYs, & other types of unbeelievable projects for you to enjoy! Some products are available year-round and other may be for a limited time only.
What is included in a box?
Every kits contains all of the materials, tools, & instructions required to complete a new hobby/craft project. All boxes include a complemetary tea &/or chocolate, all in one eco-friendly box.  
What if I don't have any crafting experience?
We welcome newbees! No advanced crafting skills are required as all of our  kits are simple enough that they can be completed without much-if any difficulty. There are also detailed instructions & tutorials included with every kit.
Do you offer discounted pricing for bulk orders?
Yes, we do! Whether you're planning a garden party, paint-n-sip, company event, birthday, or bachalorette, BusyBee Box has got you covered on the eco-friendly front!

You can take advantage of our discounted bulk pricing for group orders today. Our minimum order to qualify for bulk order pricing is 150 kits.

Can I customize my order?
Yes, you sure can! As of now, we're offering custom order options of the Paint-by-Number and Plant kits, for group order quantities of 35+. 

For more information on restrictions and pricing for custom orders, please email BBBash@busybeeboxco.com, with all relevant information (i.e., quantity needed, event date, gift, message for gift note (optional). 

If customizing a PBN kit, please bee sure to include at least 3 options for your personalized print and note the color palette is limited to 30 colors max. 

Shipping & Billing

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your recent purchase & an order #. Make sure to keep your order # for future reference because once your package has been shipped, you will receive an additional email containing instructions for tracing your order(s). If you have not received one of the aforementioned emails (i.e, confirmation email or shipping email) & require further assistance, contact us at orders@busybeeboxco.com
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! Our craft kits are able to fly around the globe & keep everyone busy! 

***Additional customs, duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged upon arrival of your shipment into customs.
What are your processing and shipping times?
To make sure you receive your order in time & with the utmost quality, most boxes will be assembled, packaged, & shipped within 3-5 business days after the order has been placed. Please note, although we usually try to ship out as soon as possible shipping and arrival may be affected by inventory, observed holidays, &/or carrier peak periods. 

Continental U.S. orders should arrive 5-7 business days after items have been shipped. Please make sure your shipping information is correct during checkout. We will not be able to refund, replace, or exchange items that were sent to the wrong address.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all domestic orders over $50!
All other orders are charged a $5 flat fee - not including interntional orders.
Why am I being charged sales tax?
We charge sales tax in New Jersey (NJ) as we are physically present in this state & are obligated by law to collect sales taxes on orders shipped to New Jersey addresses. We also charge sales tax in any states where we have a strong presence in accordance with Sales Tax nexus laws. The sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on the customer’s shipping address–it may vary by zip code.
Where will my order be shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our office located in Harrison, New Jersey.
Will I be charged customs/taxes for international orders?
All prices displayed on the site are in US Dollars and tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for select duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives as its final destination over seas, and are determined by your local customs office. 

Please Note: Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by BusyBee Box Company LLC. We are not responsisble for delays caused by the customs department in your country. If packages are not claimed and sent back to our facility, we will not refund your order. For further details of charges, please bee sure to contact your local customs office before placing your order. 
What is your Return & Exchange policy?
Due to the small scale of our business & limited stock availability, all sales are final.We are not accepting returns or exchanges. If you'd like to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us. If there's something wrong with your item, please let us know by emailing orders@busybeeboxco.com & we will be happy to assist you.
